GEETANJALI SINGH
Being the eldest and the daughter of designer Mani Kohli, Geetanjali was exposed to the glitz and glamour of the fashion industry at an early age of 12. From working in production to organizing fashion shows for Khubsoorat under the supervision of her mother during Khubsoorat's younger years, Geetanjali developed a sound understanding of the South Asian fashion industry.

She graduated with a degree in Management and Marketing with a specialization in marketing technology of textiles, followed by masters in computer science. Geetanjali did not pursue a degree particularly in fashion as she already had the background and experience she acquired from the family business to keep her in sync with the industry. Styling customers, celebrities and working with brides in London gave Geetanjali the confidence to pursue fashion as a career. However she always had the vision to represent and build Khubsoorat as a brand name on a more global scale.

Marriage brought Geetanjali to New York and with the help and support of her mother Mani & husband Baldeep; she opened Khubsoorat on this side of the Atlantic.  Khubsoorat has built a strong brand name and clientele here in the United States over a period of six years.

Geetanjali has represented Khubsoorat well by styling and creating lines for various fashion events such as the Nargis Dutt Cancer Society Annual Ball and has had the opportunity to work briefly with Manish Malhotra on his initial footing into the South Asian American market in 2005 by launching the "Khabi Alvida Na Kehna" movie collection.2007, Geetanjali has collaborated as a designer with various upcoming South Asian American celebrity artists who require styling and access to designer wear for the South Asian industry. She has been featured by various newspapers and magazines as the one of the youngest upcoming South Asian designers in New York.

Today Geetanjali Singh has pioneered the U.S South Asian Market with 2 stores standing New York and New jersey.
